The pps1 extein is referred to as xheA in Smith 1997. A member of the YC24 family of ABC transporters. An identical intein is found in Ferroplasma acidarmanus Type I,taxon:261390, NS_000030 environmental sample (Tyson 2004) Identified by Saves as FeS assembly protein SufB (Huet 2005/6). |
